Live well and feel your best
The Optum Activity Centers offer medical care and lifestyle classes designed to support your overall well-being. Here you can stay active, be healthy and build relationships in a place where you belong. All classes have been created with those age 55+ in mind and are offered at no extra cost to you. For your convenience, we have two locations, on the east and west sides of the Las Vegas Valley. Learn more about the classes, health services and activities offered at the community centers.
Annual Wellness Visit
As an Optum – Nevada network member, you’re able to complete your Annual Wellness Visit at one of our activity centers. Learn more about the annual wellness exam here.

Medicare classes
If you’re eligible for Medicare soon or just want to compare different plan types, we have weekly classes to learn more and get your questions answered. You can also attend one of our Medicare Advantage Plan Seminars to learn more from a licensed insurance agent.*
Fitness classes and social groups
Whether you're looking to stay fit or want to take time to catch up with friends the community centers are a place to improve your physical, mental and emotional health. Play Bingo, learn Tai Chi, or join a weekly get together to meet new people. These are just a few of the activities offered at the community centers.
